Delete Account

Request permanent account deletion and data cleanup.

From The App

• Open Settings in the Cleanar app.
• Tap Delete account.
• Confirm the request and complete verification if prompted.

By Support Request

If you cannot access the app, send an email to cleanarservice@gmail.com with the subject "Delete my Cleanar account".

What Gets Deleted

• Profile data and authentication access.
• Future booking access and in-app messaging history.
• Linked session tokens and notification tokens.

What May Be Retained

• Financial and audit records that must be retained by law.
• Anonymized operational analytics without personal identifiers.
